Bonzai's approach comprehensively integrates your existing phone system and local office network.  VOIP requires attention to places on the network where traffic can congest and degrade voice communication.  This requires at least a partial network analysis to assure existing (and possibly future planned) network traffic does not affect phone performance.  Our protocol of choice is IAX (Asterisk).  SIP protocol is also supported.
