If you took the time to read our Services page you know we differentiate ourselves between the application and the network layers.  Our goal is to build you a proper supporting network structure capable of handling all of the traffic of all of your applications so all of those who need information get it easily and when they want it.  The Hardware Evaluation phase is dependent on the Site Evaluation and the Network Architecture project phases.

In the previous two phases, Site Evaluation and Network Architecture, a comprehensive network layout was detailed and drawn.  This phase addresses the data storage and processing components.  Data will likely be processed from a desktop and stored on a server or a mainframe.   The essential computer hardware to support all applications and storage requirements is detailed.  This does not include hardware for server clusters.  The next step will address issues like data redundancy, mitigating data loss, and application availability.  A plan is constructed for migrating from existing hardware to the essential new base level.
